We bond various materials such as fabric to foam, fibrefill, breathable film, PVC and leather to produce composites up to 2200mm wide. Used in pool, leisure, automotive, marine, apparel and industrial manufacturing.

Anything bigger gets rerolled down first.

Cycle pads, protective inserts, shaped components — if it starts as foam and needs to end up a particular shape, we can mould it. Same as with cups, we'll assist with originating the mould if one doesn't exist yet.

Rigid and stretch moulding, both catered for. We carry our own house-brand foam cups, clicked to shape, and we'll mould your fabric over them if that's what the garment calls for.

Our in-house clicking machine cuts fabric, foam and similar materials to shape — baby bibs, cycle pads, bra cups, whatever the blade is cut for.

We keep PU and polyester foam sheeting in stock in a few common thicknesses.
