Lamination and bonding
Lamination joins two or more materials into a single composite — for durability (warmer, stiffer, more water-resistant, or more dimensionally stable than any layer alone) or for productivity (bonding layers before the sewing floor removes a handling step; padded jacket production time can drop by up to 40%, with less fibre migration and better hanger appeal).
We work as a contract laminator — you supply the substrates, or we help you source them, and we return finished rolls to your specification.
