Bra Cup Moulding — Rigid & Stretch
House-brand foam cups clicked to shape, or your own fabric moulded to specification. We help originate the mould if the shape doesn't exist yet.

What it is
A moulded cup starts flat and ends up three-dimensional. Foam is heated and pressed in a shaped mould until it holds that shape permanently.
Two routes, depending on what you're making. Rigid moulding produces a firmer cup that holds its shape unsupported — the structured route. Stretch moulding gives a softer cup with more give, which suits lighter garments and anything close-fitting.
We hold our own house-brand foam cups, clicked to shape and ready to go, which is the faster and cheaper option if one of our shapes suits your garment. Where it doesn't, we mould your fabric to your own specification.

How it works
1 Bring the shape or pick one of ours. If one of our house cups fits your garment, that's the quickest and cheapest route.

2 Mould origination if needed. New shapes need a new mould — we'll help you get one made.

3 Sample. A sample cup so you can check shape, hand and fit before production.

4 Production. Moulded, clicked and packed ready for your sewing floor.

Why manufacturers use us
Both rigid and stretch under one roof
Many moulders do one or the other.
Our own cup range
If our shapes work for you, skip the tooling cost entirely.
We'll help with tooling
Mould origination is the bit that stops most people — we've been through it enough times to know what will work.
Cup preform lamination too
Foam-to-tricot bonding happens in the same building — the composite and the moulding in one place.
