Die Cutting & Component Clicking
Fabric, foam and bonded composites cut to shape on our own clicking press. Bring your blades or we'll help you have them made.
What it is
Clicking is cutting with a shaped blade rather than a knife or a pattern. The blade — the die — is made to the outline of your component, and a press drives it through the material.
The advantage over cutting by hand or by pattern is consistency. Every part comes out identical, which matters when the component has to fit into an assembly the same way ten thousand times. It's also considerably faster once the blade exists.
The blade is the investment. Once you have it, the parts are cheap.

Why manufacturers use us
Laminate, mould and cut in one place
Most clicked components start as something else — a bonded composite or a moulded pad. One supplier, one delivery.
Blade origination help
Knowing what will cut cleanly before you pay for a blade saves an expensive lesson
We cut difficult materials
Foam and composites don't click like leather does.
